Shelfie Sunday – Green Books

Shelfie Sunday Green Books

Shelfie Sunday is a blog meme on Cafe Manon. I was thinking about a way to showcase my books, but my bookcase isn’t pretty like some of the bookcases I adore seeing on Pinterest or Instagram.. So, I decided to cheat a bit and create ‘shelf-categories’.

Previous Shelfie Sundays;

Today I’m sharing my third shelf-category, which is Green Books.

Curious to know more about the books on my Green Book Shelf?

2 / Have you read all the books on this shelf?

No, I have only read 3 of the 8 books on this shelf. I have read the Harry Potter books and the book about handlettering.

I never finished reading Game of Thrones, but I want to give it another try some day. The TV series is one of my favorites, so I think I should read the books too.

A couple of months ago, I won Broertje with a giveaway by Biebmiepje. I also won Far from the Tree with a giveaway by Lydiauthor. These books are still on my TBR.

3 / The newest addition on this shelf.

Far from the Tree by Robin Benway. This book was send to me by Lydiauthor in July after winning a giveaway.

Handlettering and Far from the Tree

4 / The oldest book on this shelf.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I’ve had this book since 2000.

5 / Your favorite book on this shelf.

The Harry Potter books. The cover of The Goblet of Fire is held together with tape.. I have read this novel so many times and I adore it.

The Late Show, They All Fall Down and Broertje

6 / Your least favorite book on this shelf.

I don’t really know how to answer this question about this shelf.. I haven’t read a lot of the books on here.

7 / Tell a story about one of the books on this shelf

(How did you get it? What does it remind you of? Where have you read it?)

My first ever book box I received was the Books & Chocolate book box. The featured book in this box was They All Fall Down, a thriller by Tammy Cohen. Ever since I have ordered book boxes and I love unboxing them. It’s always such a surprise!
